This deeply relaxing experience blends connective tissue, lymphatic, and acupressure techniques to help rebalance fluids, relieve jaw and neck tension, and restore a relaxed, lifted sensation throughout the face and shoulders.
Your treatment takes place in one of our peaceful therapy rooms, on a heated bed for ultimate comfort. Your practitioner will begin with a short skin and wellbeing check before working with slow, rhythmic movements to calm the nervous system and release built-up tension in the scalp, face, and neck.
This is a non-invasive, adaptable for sensitive skin, and focused on long-term wellbeing and skin health rather than short-term fixes.
what to expect
Pressure and technique are tailored to your comfort and skin type. We avoid strong mechanical techniques on inflamed or broken skin, and we ask all clients to share any sensitivities or allergies to oils or serums at the time of booking.
After your session, take time to rest and rehydrate. Massage supports detoxification, so you may feel slightly light-headed if dehydrated. Bringing water and giving yourself time afterwards helps you enjoy the full benefit of the treatment’s calming effects.
