Agnes originally trained in Professional Spa and Wellness at the Training Institute in Warsaw before continuing her studies at Leamington Spa College, where she attained a VTCT Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy. In March 2025, she qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and is a registered member of both the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

With over ten years of experience, Agnes has developed a particular passion for massage and its ability to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. She is trained in a wide range of techniques including remedial Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, bamboo massage, and pregnancy massage. She has also undertaken specialist CPD training in Trigger Point Therapy at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester, and is extending her expertise into lymphatic drainage and scar tissue therapy to support clients recovering from operations, caesareans, and other scar-related issues.

Agnes takes pride in tailoring her treatments to the individual, blending techniques to suit the unique needs of each client. She regularly works with people experiencing chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, backache, shoulder tension, muscular stiffness, headaches, migraines, reduced mobility, circulation problems, anxiety, and stress.

Fascinated by the power of massage to improve health and wellbeing, Agnes believes in the importance of holistic therapy as part of a balanced lifestyle. She encourages her clients to take regular, small steps toward better health, whether through complementary therapies, healthy nutrition, or exercise, recognising that investing in ourselves leads to a healthier and happier life.
