Linda trained in reflexology at the Cotswold Academy in 2020, a discipline that remains the cornerstone of her practice. Reflexology is based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to organs and systems throughout the body, and it is through this precise, focused work that Linda supports overall balance and wellbeing.

She further expanded her practice by qualifying in aromatherapy in 2023, enabling her to incorporate carefully selected essential oils and therapeutic blends into her treatments where appropriate.

Most recently, Linda has completed Level 2 training in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage — widely regarded as the gold standard in lymphatic drainage. Developed by Dr. Emil Vodder, this highly specialised and rigorously taught technique uses gentle, rhythmic movements to support the flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce congestion and assist the body’s natural processes.

Linda works with clients seeking complementary support across a range of conditions and life stages, including burnout, chronic stress, menopausal transition, migraines, fluid retention, fertility challenges, and cancer recovery. Each session is tailored to the individual, drawing on the most appropriate combination of therapies at that time.

Her approach is calm, intuitive, and grounded in careful technique. Influenced by yoga and Ayurvedic principles, Linda takes a whole-person view of health, recognising the importance of both treatment and ongoing self-care.
