important information

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we are aware that day to day life can be unpredictable, and this may result in you having to cancel your appointment. However, please be aware that we have a cancellation policy.

Often, our practitioners have waiting lists of patients or clients that need treatment and therefore it is a real shame to have wasted appointments in their schedule. They may also travel to the Centre for a single appointment therefore it is important that our practitioners are paid appropriately for the time and costs incurred.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not incur a cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booked treatment.

Client and Practitioner Safety

We want to welcome you to Shipston Therapy Centre, but we must also ensure the safety of all clients and our practitioners.

We are open for appointments, and we are considered a close contact business in a health setting.

As such, some practitioners and the associated governing bodies, will continue to request that you observe COVID safe measures where appropriate. Washing and sanitising hands on arrival and, they may request that you wear a face covering.

Please speak directly to your practitioner if you are unsure, and contact us at the earliest opportunity should you, or anyone you live with develops cold or flu like symptoms, or symptoms that have been associated to the COVID-19 ahead of your appointment.  As described, cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice are subject to cancellation fees.

Thank you for your understanding.
