inspiring wellness

here to help you thrive

Shipston Therapy Centre has been helping clients for more than twenty years. We offer a wide range of talking therapies, physical therapies, and nutrition-based therapies, providing a comprehensive approach to addressing a range of wellness challenges and supporting you in achieving whole body wellness.

Our regular practitioners are highly qualified and have extensive experience. Many of our clients return to the centre for years, often to the same practitioner.

  • We offer a wide range of physical therapies to help relieve pain, increase mobility and recover from injury.

From Acupuncture, sports massage therapy and reflexology through to Bowen and Emmett muscle release and reiki. We will help you feel more like yourself again.

And, if you’re finding it difficult to access foot health and ear health services - we can help here too.

  • Sometimes we just get ‘stuck’ or experience emotional traumas we simply can’t make sense of. No one is immune.

We offer our clients a safe and confidential space to explore their feelings and work through life challenges.

From hypnotherapy, coaching to psycho dynamic therapy and couples counselling, we are here to help you navigate a path that helps you make sense of things.

  • Visionaries, past and present, know that we must look beyond the symptom in order to effect true healing.

Many of our therapies available at Shipston Therapy Centre aim to do just that and to address the underlying cause of a condition.

Nutritional therapy and our emotional relationship with food can be a great source of both illness and unhappiness.

And if you’re looking for an alternative approach to allopathic medicine and western approaches, and want to address underlying ailments, homeopathy and e-Lybra treats as an individual, aiming to stimulate natural healing ability.

  • Taking charge of gut health and nutrition with Sarah Grant

  • Beyond sports massage

"I can highly recommend Demi. I've suffered with various problems over the years including my lower back ,neck, ankle and shoulder. Having had physio with other people the benefits of the soft tissue have by far been the most beneficial. Demi listens, treats and gives long term advice and stretches/exercises which I do daily which helps me greatly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone of any age."

  • Great release with Shona

“Shona has an amazing therapy skill that in one session got me from barely being able to walk to travelling to a conference and doing the evening dinner. I would highly recommend Shona to release pain that you are putting up with!”

  • Ayruveda rejuvenation with Sara

“I decided to fully embrace the Ayurveda Rejuvenation Programme offered by Sara Palmer at Heart of England Ayurveda. The whole experience felt like a total reset as I rested my body, mind and spirit. Two months on, I still continue with a lot of the practices and recommendations as I assimilate back to 'normal' life. An added bonus was dropping over a stone in weight, which is a great incentive to keep going! Thank you Sara.”
