Zen Shiatsu is a gentle bodywork practice based on the traditional Chinese meridian system.  Soothing pressure is applied along the meridians (energy channels) to stimulate the body's own natural healing processes and re-balance physical and psychological tensions. Your session can include more dynamic stretching, if required. Treatment is performed through clothing, so you should aim to dress as comfortably as possible – a loose cotton sweater and leggings or tracksuit bottoms is ideal.
